Stanley E. Levine, President/CEO, has been honing his title skills for over 38 years. Prior to East Coast’s formation, Stan was a corporate Vice President and Branch Manager of both the Suffolk and Nassau County branches of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, working on a variety of commercial, as well as multi-track housing projects.

As an acknowledged expert in the title industry, Stan is often called upon to oversee various intricate transactions. A partner of a premier national law firm recently stated that “Stan is one of the few people in the title industry who gets work on merit!” Whether Stan is working on a large waterfront development project or helping a couple, with personal tragedies, to stave off losing their home, Stan is always ready to give 150% to make it happen…….and he does! He truly feels that “Good is just not Good Enough.”

A graduate of Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton, Stan is married and has three children.
