Stanley E. Levine, President/CEO, has been honing his title skills for over 38 years. Prior to East Coast’s formation, Stan was a corporate Vice President and Branch Manager of both the Suffolk and Nassau County branches of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, working on a variety of commercial, as well as multi-track housing projects. As an acknowledged expert in the title industry, Stan is often called upon to oversee various intricate transactions. A partner of a premier national law firm recently stated that “Stan is one of the few people in the title industry who gets work on merit!” Whether Stan is working on a large waterfront development project or helping a couple, with personal tragedies, to stave off losing their home, Stan is always ready to give 150% to make it happen…….and he does! He truly feels that “Good is just not Good Enough.” A graduate of Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton, he is married and has three children.

She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including more than twenty-five (25) years of legal and title experience in New York, New Jersey and Florida.
