ECA arranged the title insurance for the fee purchase and/or financing on the following projects:

• Numerous condominium transactions, including Williamsburg Edge in Brooklyn, New York; 555 West 23rd in New York City and Arverne by the Sea in Far Rockaway, New York.
  

• Various commercial and mixed use projects including the Clock Tower (One Madison Avenue) in Manhattan, 229 West 43rd Street (the old New York Times Building) and 15 Broad Street (23 Wall Street).

• Federated Department Stores acquisition of numerous stores in multiple states.
  

• Vinters International Company’s acquisition and financing of Taylor Gold Seal and Paul Masson wine facilities in New York and California
  

• Oxbow Company’s acquisition and financing of Geothermal Power sites in Nevada and Co-Generation sites in New York.

• Nursing Home facilities: Uniondale, Hempstead, Long Beach, Freeport, East Meadow, Melville, the Bronx, Poughkeepsie, all in New York; Newark and Cape May, in New Jersey; Sault Ste. Marie, Taylor and Wayne, in Michigan; Urbandale, in Iowa; Tampa, in Florida; all through the Sector 232 program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development of Washington, D.C.
  

• Senior Housing: Inwood, Rockville Centre, Uniondale, Central Islip, Amityville, Medford, Riverhead all through the 202 program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development of Washington, D. C.
